High School Graduate and has attended TESDA Training Program relation with mechanical works is an advantage.

Thorough knowledge of mechanical procedures, practices, methods, equipment, materials, tools, precautions and ability to understand design, drawing and specification and interpret work from instructions

Ability to supervise works of others and motivate team effectively
